We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead where possible, and earlier for summer, Christmas and popular wedding dates. This gives us time to create your design properly and make sure everything is just right.

Yes. We deliver and professionally install from our Burscough base, covering Ormskirk, Southport, Skelmersdale, Wigan, Liverpool and the wider West Lancashire and Merseyside area. You get a finished display, not a bag of balloons. Collection is also available. A travel fee applies by distance.

Absolutely. We match your colours, add personal touches like names and wording, and design everything around your theme so it feels personal to you.

We are based in Burscough and travel across West Lancashire and Merseyside, including Ormskirk, Southport, Skelmersdale, Wigan, Kirkby, Liverpool, Aughton, St Helens, Tarleton, Rufford, Formby and Maghull. If your venue is a little further, ask. We often say yes.

Stacks start from £35, towers from £75, garlands from £65 and welcome signs from £95. The final quote depends on size, colour, extras and travel. You get a clear price before anything is booked.

Design, balloons, professional installation and a finished display are included. Travel is charged separately based on the distance from Burscough. Any extras, such as personalised vinyl, extra length or matching signage, will be clearly listed in your quote.

Most of our displays are air-filled garlands, towers and stacks, so there’s no need for a helium tank at home. Helium is used where it suits the design, such as personalised bubbles, and we’ll clearly show this on your quote. Helium displays have a minimum order to ensure we can provide them at a fair price.

Our air-filled displays are designed to last through your celebration and beyond. We’ve even had customers keep their displays for weeks after their event. Indoors, they can often look great the next day and beyond, while heat, direct sunlight and outdoor conditions can affect longevity. We install as close to your event as possible so everything looks its best when your guests arrive.

Set-up and, if needed, take-down are included. Rental equipment will be collected the following day.

Balloons and strong wind, rain or heat do not mix. For outdoor installs we will talk through a backup, such as moving under cover or switching to an indoor wall. If the weather makes a safe install impossible, we will rearrange where we can.

Some smaller stacks can be collected from Burscough by arrangement. Garlands, towers and anything that needs to sit on a wall or in a doorway are installed by us, so they go up balanced and finished.

Yes, homes, halls, marquees, churches, pubs and outdoor spaces, as long as there is somewhere safe to fix or stand the display. Send a photo of the spot and we will tell you what will work.

A deposit holds your date and lets us order the exact balloons for your palette. The remaining balance is due BEFORE the event. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is in.

Please do. A colour, a photo of the room or a Pinterest board is the easiest way to show us the feeling you want. We design around that, not a ready-made pack.

Birthdays, weddings, christenings, baby showers, proms, school events, gender reveals, anniversaries and parties at home or at a venue. If it is a celebration, we can usually style it.

A stack can be in place in minutes. A full garland or entrance usually needs around 45 minutes to a couple of hours, depending on size and access. We agree an arrival window with you so you are not waiting around.

Sometimes, if the diary and balloon stock allow. Weekends and peak seasons fill first. Message us with the date and we will be honest about what is possible.

Clear access to the wall, doorway or table, and permission to install if it is not your home. Removable hooks or a weighted base are used where we can, so we are not drilling walls unless you have asked us to.

Tell us as soon as you know. If the new date is available, we’ll move your booking. If it isn’t, we’ll talk through the options. Deposits are tied to the diary, so the earlier you let us know, the more we can do. If we can’t make the new date work, your deposit will be retained, but any additional money paid after the deposit will be refunded.

We use quality balloons and secure each display to keep it stable. Balloons, popped pieces and event equipment can be dangerous, so young children and pets should be supervised at all times around them. If you need a display positioned higher, made heavier or kept out of reach, just let us know and we’ll plan accordingly.
